A browser for the SNOMED and the CPT DTK. Available for Mac OS X 10.5 and Windows XP.

You will need to obtain the terminology source data files independently.
For SNOMED in the US see US National Library of Medicine UMLS
For CPT see AMA CPT Developer's Toolkit

The Windows download (without the Java runtime) is here. A version with a Java 1.6 runtime is here.

Note: If you already have Java 1.5 or greater on Windows installed, use the version without the Java runtime. Type "java -version" in a command prompt to check.

The Mac download is here. Java is part of Mac OS 10.5.
